Whether it's a new build or a standalone structure, Magnum Roofing Service installs every layer of your roof to manufacturer specification, coordinated with your builder or handled independently.
New construction requires a full roofing system installed from the ground up, coordinated with the broader building timeline set by your general contractor.
Garages, workshops, and other standalone buildings need their own complete roofing system, sized and specified independently from the main house.
Additions and conversions often require new roof sections tied into the existing structure, which takes careful planning to integrate cleanly.
General contractors managing new builds need a roofing crew that shows up on schedule and coordinates cleanly with the rest of the build timeline.
New installation gives a roofing crew a rare advantage: a clean slate. There's no old material to work around, no unknown deck condition hiding underneath an existing surface. That makes precision the priority. Every layer, from the decking itself through underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and the final roofing material, is installed to manufacturer specification, checked at each stage before the next layer goes down. On new construction projects, this work is scheduled in coordination with your builder's overall timeline, so the roof goes on at the right point in the sequence without holding up other trades.
Roof design, material, and specification are finalized in coordination with you or your builder before any work is scheduled.

The roof deck is inspected and confirmed ready before underlayment and flashing installation begins.
These protective layers are installed to manufacturer specification, forming the water barrier beneath the visible roofing material.
The roofing material itself, whether shingle, metal, or another system, is installed according to its specific manufacturer requirements.
The completed installation is inspected and walked through before the project is considered finished.
ISA-certified technicians handle every installation, evaluated against a maintained industry standard.

New construction and standalone installation projects are served across Xenia, OH, with scheduling flexibility that fits into a builder's broader timeline or a homeowner's own project schedule. That coverage means installation crews aren't traveling long distances to reach a job site, which keeps projects on track and reduces the coordination friction that comes with a roofing partner operating far outside the area.
